Terms of Service: Hand Egg

These Terms govern your use of the game Hand Egg: Arcade Gridiron Football (the "Game") on iOS, Android and the web, provided by Amir Angel (אמיר אנג'ל, עוסק מורשה), a sole proprietor in Israel ("we", "us"). 1. Acceptance and age

By downloading, installing or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

The Game is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Game only if a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required by local law. If we learn that a person under 13 is using the Game, we may remove their data and block access.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, and subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store or platform you use. You may not: copy, modify, rent, sell or distribute the Game; reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code, except as the law expressly allows despite this restriction; build tools, bots or servers that imitate or interfere with the Game's online service; or remove ownership notices.

3. Acceptable conduct in online play

When playing online you agree not to:

• cheat, or use exploits, bugs, modified clients, automation, macros that give an unfair advantage, or any tool that alters the game or its network traffic;
• manipulate ranked results, for example by colluding with another player, "win trading" or deliberately losing, or by using multiple identities for that purpose;
• harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other players, or use a Display Name that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonates another person or contains someone else's personal information;
• attack, overload, scan or probe our servers or other players' connections, or try to find out or misuse other players' IP addresses or personal information;
• break the law while using the Game.

4. Display Names

Your Display Name must follow the character limits in the Game (up to 16 characters; letters, numbers, spaces and _ . - ! ?). [We do not currently run an automatic profanity filter, so we rely on reports and review.] We may change, reset or remove any Display Name, and may remove a player from leaderboards, at our discretion, particularly if the name breaks section 3. You can report a name or a player at support@hustlemania.dev">support@hustlemania.dev.

5. Ranked play and leaving matches

Ranked matches change your rating based on results. [Leaving a ranked match before it ends, or repeatedly disconnecting, counts as a loss (a forfeit) for rating purposes. Repeated leaving may lead to a temporary restriction from ranked play.] If a match ends because of a technical problem on our side, we may cancel the result. Ratings and leaderboards are for fun; we may adjust, reset or remove ratings (for example after a bug, a season change or cheating), and we do not promise any rating will be kept permanently.

6. Online service, availability and changes

The Game's online features (matchmaking, private rooms, ranked play, leaderboards, relay) depend on servers and on your internet connection, and are provided "as available". We may change, suspend or end any feature, or the whole online service, at any time, for example for maintenance, security or business reasons. We may require you to update the Game to keep playing online (players on different versions may not be able to play each other). We will try to give reasonable notice of major discontinuations where practical. Offline modes are intended to keep working without the online service. [verify]

When you play online, your opponent's device can see your IP address, as described in the Privacy Policy. Play online only if you accept that.

7. Purchases

The Game currently has no in-app purchases. If we add paid features, they will be sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google is the merchant of record and handles payment, billing, taxes, refunds and cancellation under its own terms. We will describe prices and what you receive before you buy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the store's terms or under the law.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, animation, music, sound effects and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party fonts and open-source components are used under their own licences, and are credited in the Game or in the notices we provide [verify: add a credits/licences screen or page listing the font and library licences]. No ownership is transferred to you.

Hand Egg is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any league, team or player. All other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Game or its online service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that matches will connect or that your device or network will be compatible. Peer-to-peer play depends on your network and on other players.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim (and zero if you paid nothing), except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury).

Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law in the country where you live (including in the European Union and the United Kingdom) and that cannot be waived by contract. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with such rights, those rights prevail.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access, remove your data from leaderboards, or block you, if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the service or other players. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the Game or on our website where appropriate. If you keep using the Game after the changes take effect, you accept them, except where the law requires your consent.

13. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over disputes, except that if you are a consumer living outside Israel, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence and any right you have under mandatory law to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. 14. Apple App Store terms (iOS)

If you got the Game from Apple's App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. The Game is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which applies to the extent these Terms do not conflict with it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game, and is not responsible for any claims about it, such as product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement; we are. If the Game fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if any). You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated a "terrorist-supporting" country, and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. If you got the Game from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your download.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the Game. The Hebrew version is provided for Israeli users; for users outside Israel the English version applies.
